Pace is a quick, pick-up diceless game that uses beads and focuses on keeping the action fast and loose. Character creation takes about a minute.
Pace was created, originally, as a 24-Hour Game, part of a design challenge that put it to contestants to sit down and bang out a "complete" RPG in 24 hours or less.
The bulk of Pace was written in that time, but it has since seen a round of minor revisions that, technically, take it beyond being a 24-Hour Game. That said, these revisions came straight out of playtesting, so they're really for the best.
Pace is a PDF file, just under a megabyte. Download it here.
