Game accessory you should sell (that I may or may not be using in my game): Fate token chips.
I use the “Create Advantage” icon from the Fate font on a 3/4″ adhesive round label on white poker chips.
You could even get fancy and use the Overcome icon for compelled tokens earned from the GM, etc.
I know I’d plunk down $10 for a set of 50 of those….
Hi Eric, we thought that might be a good idea too. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/evilhat/fate-dicetm-and-fate-pointstm-accessories-for-fate?ref=nav_search&result=project&term=fate%20dice
I feel like it’s deceiving in the video they have metal tokens dice and quality skill cards all displayed in a cool metal case. Why is that not a real kit to buy?
Tokens from Campaign Coins.
Box from Amazon.
Cards from DriveThruCards.
Markup necessary to package all of those: super duper expensive. Better to self-assemble.
Hi, folks! Are you aware of Apostrophe Games’ dry erase index cards? I’ve been reticent to try Fate because using index cards seems to fundamentally necessary. Maybe others also find themselves reticent, so if you don’t already point these out to people somewhere on this site, maybe it’s worth doing so? I’m just a user, I have no affiliation with Apostrophe Games, just did a search and found these!

Is it real that Fate Core is now getting into the Chinese market? Recently there is a company claims that they are the Chinese official and charging people $5000 RMB for so call professional GM training as a one day training lesson:O While they are having crowdfunding for Chinese simply Fate Core version, people are doubting if it is just another scam. So if it is real that Evil Hat is now cooperating with such infamous company which keep having controversy speech? Tons of Trpg players in east Asia especially China is attracting by their hostile attitude as they claim that Fate Core is the first trpg that really getting into Chinese and near country, they are official with authority and professional that can provide much better services than coc and dnd so it is acceptable to these “reasonable” charge. So Fate Core is now a luxury then? We all wish to know how Evil Hat see it and if their identity is real? And it is their crowdfunding page: https://zhongchou.modian.com/item/7857.html
Joypie is our official translation partner in China. We have no reach of our own into that market. However it is they choose to meet that market — pricing, training courses, whatever — is up to them to determine.
Keep your Aspects pointed toward the goal. During the session, this means looking at your aspects to see where the goal is. Change the ones that need changing between sessions.
I have bought a lot of your products, but do not know where to find players, I live in Dayton Ohio…
Please help
Saw the Tabletop episode. Was a lot of fun to watch but I wonder if there are other examples of the system in action.
Hi Charles, glad you liked it. There a lot of Fate Core actual play out there. Here’s a few resources:

So I used to have the fate core book saved on my iPad back when you could just view the whole book from the website. It’s an old tablet and not capable of downloading the pdf. I made the mistake of letting my friend borrow my book and I haven’t seen it since. Is there an iPad friendly format of the core rule book out there? Help….
If you can’t read PDFs on your iPad (I’m pretty sure I’ve successfully done so on a gen-1 ipad before…) I’d say your best bet would be the Fate SRD site at fate-srd.com
I am using a modified D8… 2pluses 2zeros and 4minuses for GM use… you should consider adding this!
