I missed the Kickstarter. How do I order a copy of Race to Adventure! ?
Race To Adventure is on a boat as I type and soon will be in our distributor’s warehouse. First we’re going to send out all copies to backers and then the game will be available for sale on our online store as well as in your Friendly Local Game Store (FLGS). All things going as they should, you should see it available within the next few months.
Why is there always a gorilla?
The thing to ask about other books is: why ISN’T there always a gorilla?
Do you question the awesome of Professor Khan? Read Dinocalypse Now and you will be asking the same question Fred does!
The only good reason for there not being a gorilla would be if there was a giant lizard and/or robot. Of course, if there was a gorilla as well then that would be even better.
My high school history teacher taught me how to judge a book by it’s cover. On a scale of 0 (the worst) to 5 (the best) a cover gets one point for the inclusion of each of these:
1. An explosion (Zeppelin blowing up, check)
2. A chase or a fight (Ornithopter chasing in the background, check)
3. Someone holding a cool looking weapon or gun (Jet Black in the SotC icon, check)
4. A monster or non-human creature (Professor Khan, check)
5. A cool vehicle (Bi-plane, Ornithopter, Zeppelin AND Jet Packs, check, check, check, check!)
So, on a scale of 0 to 5, I give RTA an 8!
