  Gerhard Deitz is Uberunter, gifted with the ability to
  displace his body up to fifty feet up or down, vertically
  from his location, and back again.  He is able to do so
  quite rapidly, in fact, which he has managed to turn into
  several methods of attack and defense.

  As a former Thulian citizen, he has a few complications
  hanging over from that, but his keen scientific mind and
  insights into that culture have proven invaluable to
  Special Situations since Dietz naturalized as an American
  citizen.
